A proposed change to Daniel 5:10.19 has been added to list for the 19 October release.
<https://tanach.us/Changes/2024.10.19%20 ... 24.07.01-1>
The change notes the yatir marginal node for the current 19-th word in Dan 5:10, וְזִיוָ֖יךְ. (Folio_442A, Column 1, Line 26) The LC right marginal note clearly indicates that one of the two yods is superfluous. Usual practice is to create a qere/ketiv pair for a yatir. The UXLC lacks a pair here. The resulting qere/ketiv pair is found in the BHL, MAM, and JPS Tanach 1999; however, it is not in WLC 4.20. Because neither the margin note nor the Masora dot specifies which yod is superfluous, a transcription note 't' will be added in the next change: 2024.07.01 - 2.
Other changes to the UXLC text are requested!

Two additional changes adding qere/ketiv pairs for yatir readings have been added for Joshua 10:13.19 and 1 Sam 17:17.9. They are changes 2024.07.01 - 3 through 4 in:

An additional, test change has been added to:
<https://tanach.us/Changes/2024.10.19%20 ... hanges.xml>
The change would add a new transcription note 'y' to the UXLC:
y - Yatir: The preceding Hebrew letter is marked "superfluous".
which appears only in ketiv forms after the yatir-marked letter.
For example, the qere/ketiv pair starting at Gen 32:13.3 becomes:
במוyתי בָּ֣מֳתֵי.
Thus the yatir marking locates the "superfluous" letter in the ketiv.

Re: Unicode/XML Leningrad Codex: Proposed change added for Dan 5:10.19
The list of changes at
<https://tanach.us/Changes/2024.10.19%20 ... hanges.xml>
has been updated to include noting the 36 yatir forms with the new 'y' transcription note. Because of the increased width of the images, some adjustment of the screen size or horizontal slider may be needed.
This study of yatir forms discovered 3 new yatirs of a total of 36 yatirs; the LC is likely to contain other yatirs that are absent from the digital text. Please advise if you find one.
Operating note: To see just the new yatir notes, select "Note y" from pull down the list labeled in blue "Select Change item type". The Change summary will then show only verses with 'y' transcription notes. To see a specific change, click on the link in the Date column, i.e.2024.07.08 - 36. Clicking on the link in the Citation column brings up the CURRENT, unmodified text.
