Unicode/XML Leningrad Codex: Updated text, UXLC 2.3 (Build 27.4, 1 Apr 2025)

The Unicode/XML Leningrad Codex (UXLC) at <https://tanach.us> has been updated to UXLC 2.3 (Build 27.4) of 1 Apr 2025.

The previous Hebrew text, UXLC 2.2, has been updated with 1 text change to produce UXLC 2.3. Thanks to the author of this change: Ben Denckla.
