Someone on Quora said the following, indicating that the form of the Hebrew of Exodus 20:7 was significant. Is his proposition legit?

Here what is interesting the Hebrew expression in Exodus 20:7 combines the Tetragrammaton with the word שם, name, as if יהוה alone is not the proper noun but common noun:

The phrase is אֶת־שֵֽׁם־יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ, [direct object marker]--the name of--the Lord your God, a common phrase in the Torah.

So the answer is, there is no special meaning to the phrase, nor is it a special expression of the concept of God. It just means what it says, the name of the Lord...

I'm not sure what he means about "redundancy" of meaning, but I agree with the rest of Levinsohn's comment.
