phpBB doesn’t offer a lot of support about what to do. I’ve found one apparent solution, but I’ve got to wait and see if it affects your mailings. Let me know if you start receiving mails from the forum.

I was receiving them, but for some reason they stopped. The notifications are still showing up when I visit the forum page while logged in, though. Still, getting the emails again would be nice.

Yeah, it seems to be a problem that is not easily solved. I’ve searched through help forums and online FAQs for phpBB, and there aren’t any straightforward answers. It might be a problem with the phpBB version or a problem with the server relating to the SMTP mail protocol.
