I can't find the third word in Ex 15:6.3 in the BDB, נֶאְדָּרִ֖י. Is it a passive form of he dalet resh?

Is נאדר in verse 11 found in BDB?

Isn’t there a difference between אדר to have splendor, and הדר to aggrandize?

As Karl suggests, the word is the verb aleph-dalet-resh. It appears on page 12 of BDB, Strong's number 142. Both Ex 15.6 and Ex 15:11 are listed as well as Isa 42:21. It's the Niphal participle form and in construct state; "majestic, glorious".

"wide, great (thence) high, noble"

It’s listed under אדר. Why would it be under heh instead of aleph? It’s niphal, which does not necessarily need to be “passive.” In this case, the root is expressed only in the niphal and hiphil. Niphal is passive when it is paired with roots that are expressed also in the qal. If the root isn’t associated with a qal form, then it is not passive. Niphal participles are often used adjectivally (נֶחְמָד “nice,” נִכְבָּד “honored, esteemed,” נִסְתָּר “hidden,” נוֹרָא “awesome,” נֶאְדָּר “mighty,” etc.). This is the case with this word.
