Deut. 13:10 תַּהַרְגֶנּוּ a dagesh is missing in the letter ג gimel following a patax under the letter ה heh.
Deut. 13:14 נַעַבְדָה a dagesh is missing in the letter ד dalet following a patax under the letter ע eyin.
Reason. The dagesh was not there to start with, but the נקדנים or punctuators of the HB, overruled an earlier reading tradition by forcing a patax over a xatap-patax.

Re: Missing dagesh in Deut. 13:10,14
The reason is that even though you read this Sheva as quiescent, it is actually a mobile Sheva.
