We read there כָּל פֶּטֶר רֶחֶם לִי וְכָל מִקְנְךָ תִּזָּכָר פֶּטֶר שׁוֹר וָשֶׂה
Who is this TI of תִּזָּכָר? The great Hebrew interpreter Rashi (1040 - 1105) says:
תי"ו של תזכר לשון נקבה היא מוסב על היולדת
Namely, the fore-hitched personal pronoun תי is אַת-היא, for the one that gives birth.
