We read there
NIV: "Bring the grain offering made of these things to the Lord; present it to the priest, who shall take it to the altar"
Here, the act קרב QRB, 'approach, bring near', is expanded into וְהִקְרִיבָהּ = ו-היא-קר-היא-ב-היא to include three insertions of the personal pronoun היא, 'he'. The first, for the performer of the act קרב, the second, the inner one, for the beneficiary of the the act קרב, namely, the offering, and the last one again for the offering itself.
To emphasize the grammatical fact that the last ה is for the beneficiary of the act and not for a female actor, the last ה is appointed with an inner dot or a mapik, and the word is being read with a latter stress: whiqriyb-A-h. Otherwise, to mark a female actor it would be read with a middle stress whiqr-I-ybah
