NIV: "she shall be called ‘woman,’ for she was taken out of man."
where לֻקְחָה = ל-הוּא-קח-היא, and where the internal PP הוּא, 'he', and the final PP היא, 'she', are both for the just created woman: the beneficiary of the act act לקח, 'take'.
Similarly, in Gen. 4:26
NIV: "Seth also had a son"
where יֻלַּד = י-הוּא-לד, and where the internal PP הוּא, 'he', refers to the son: the beneficiary of the act ילד.

What calls our attention to לֻקְחָה is the use here of the internal PP הוּא for the taken woman, instead of an external נִי NIY in the equivalent form

The verbal form XUXX seems to be liked in Genesis. We find it again in Gen. 3:19
where לֻקָּחְתָּ = ל-הוּא-קח-אתה is in contrast with שׁוּבְךָ = שוּב-אכה, in which אכה, 'you', is used in place of אתה.

There is no מִכֵּר MIKER form for the act מכר, 'sell', yet we notice 2:Ki. 2:7
where מִכְרִי = מ-היא-כר-היא, with both the internal and external היא referring to the the woman.
Also Amos 2:6
where מִכְרָם = מ-היא-ר-הם, with both היא and הם being the performs of the evil acts.

Ah, it is rather

In Ex. 21:8
NIV: "He has no right to sell her"
לְמָכְרָהּ = ל-מכר-היא has a mapik in the closing ה, and this end היא is referring to the girl maid.

In 2Sam. 1:10
NIV: "because I knew that after he had fallen he could not survive"
נִפְלוֹ = נ-היא-פל-הוּא is with an internal היא and external הוּא both referring to King Saul.

Here is another one. Jer. 29:21
where נִפְלָם = נ-היא-פל-הם is with an internal היא and an external הם, 'they', both referring to the enemies of Israel.

Today we have read in Gen. 12:15
"and she was taken into Pharaoh’s palace."
Here וַתֻּקַּח = בא-את-הוּא-קח with both PPs את and הוּא referring to Saray.
