Just because I live in the U.S. I would have to pay hundreds of dollars just to look at it. It’s behind a paywall for U.S. residents. They make no provision that some of us may not have a lot of money after expenses.

As a result, I have no idea how good a book it may be.

Here I will make a shameless plug for my dictionary. Not only is it a dictionary, but I have grammatical notes in an appendix after the dictionary.
