Introducing Barry Hofstetter

Post by BarryHofstetter »

My original background is Classics (B.A, University of Maryland, M.A., The Ohio State University), and then took a lateral to theology at Westminster Theological Seminary (M.Div., Th.M in NT studies). I took Hebrew from Al Groves and his assistant at that time, Jerry Shepherd, and also had Bruce Waltke, Ray Dillard and Tremper Longman III, also Aramaic with Dr. Dillard. My favorite thing to do on this forum is comment on Latin and Greek when it comes up. I can pick my way through a Hebrew text, but I prefer listening more to talking -- unless it's Latin or Greek!
