introduction

Hi everyone. My name is Edgar Johnston. I am currently Department Chair for the Bible & Ministry program at Lancaster Bible College at the Center for Urban Theological Studies. The Center is a branch campus of Lancaster and we have about 180 students, mostly in Bible and Ministry, and quite a few in Human Services. I have been teaching here for 34 years (which means my hair is no longer dark brown!!). I belonged for a while to the earlier version of this site. I rejoined because I want to see if anyone is discussing Hebrew Narrative and how paragraphs function. My Ph.D. is in Hebrew Bible from the former Dropsie College for Hebrew and Cognate Studies. It is now a post-doc study center at the Univ. of PA. I hope this will be a profitable stay here.
