In Jonah 2:4(3) בִּלְבַב יַמִּים is 'in the middle of the sea'.
There is no immediate relation between לבב, 'heart', and לביבה, 'cake', except for the body.

There is a relation between Heart and Hearth from a root meaning Hollow and the same applies between לבב and לביבה
as bread is cooked in a hollow vessel in the oven.

κλίβανος - Covered earthen vessel, wider at bottom than at top, wherein bread was baked by putting hot embers round it.
κόλλιξ, חלת - roll or loaf of coarse bread.
λάγανα, לחם - Thin Broad Cake

2 Samuel 13:6 - Make me a couple of cakes
κολλυρισάτω ἐν ὀφθαλμοῖς μου δύο κολλυρίδας
ותלבב לעיני שתי לבבות

אגן - ἀγγεῖον 'vessel for holding liquid
סף - σκύφος 'cup, milk vessel'

גביע is a cup elevated as a גב, 'back', or as a גבעה, 'hill'.
סף is as tall as סוּף עד סוֹפוֹ

Or tall as a גבעוֹל, 'stem'. See Ex. 9:31

The Greek for גּבר is κοῦρος . * Ionic spelling . ῦ/ϝ
κοῦρος > κοϝρος > κϝρ/גּבר

κοῦρος
1. A boy, lad, stripling
2. Young men, warriors (κοῦροι)
3. shoot, sprout, of a tree, “κόρους πλεκτοὺς
4. κουρότερος, from κείρω, of one who has cut his hair short on emerging from boyhood
but κόρ(ϝ)ος (masc. of κόρη) perh. cogn. with Lat. Ceres, Cerus, cresco.)

κόρους θεοῦ
The name indicates that its bearer was God's gift to his parents who had prayed for his
birth or worked an apprenticeship as an acolyte in God's temple or was a worshiper of follower
of God.
