No, the words אשכוֹל & σταφυλή are cognates and also compound words, σταφυλή is שד + פל meaning 'Breasts that plummet down' , Indeed
in modern Hebrew, תות(Tit) and שדה are words for strawberries and mulberries.

Song of Solomon 7:7 - thy breasts are like a clusters of grapes.

Isaiah 32:12
They shall lament
for the teats (שדים)
for the pleasant fields (שדי)
for the fruitful vine.

Hos 9:14
Dry breasts (שדים צמקים ) aka Dried berries/Raisins.

So, the Hebrew אשכוֹל is per Greek 'Breasts that plummet down'?
In spoken Hebrew אשכוֹלית = אשכול-היא-את is, 'grapefruit' (greatfruit, gravefruit), apparently for its great size and weight.
Hosea 9:14 is
תֵּן לָהֶם רֶחֶם מַשְׁכִּיל וְשָׁדַיִם צֹמְקִים
KJV: 'give them a miscarrying womb and dry breasts"

In Isaiah 49:21 we read
וְאָמַרְתְּ בִּלְבָבֵךְ מִי יָלַד לִי אֶת אֵלֶּה וַאֲנִי שְׁכוּלָה וְגַלְמוּדָה
KJV: "Then shalt thou say in thine heart, Who hath begotten me these, seeing I have lost my children, and am desolate"
NIV: "Then you will say in your heart, ‘Who bore me these? I was bereaved and barren"
with שְׁכוּלָה = שכ-הוּא-ל-היא being שקוּלה, 'weighted down by sorrow.'
In Gen. 48:14 we read
וַיִּשְׁלַח יִשְׂרָאֵל אֶת יְמִינוֹ וַיָּשֶׁת עַל רֹאשׁ אֶפְרַיִם וְהוּא הַצָּעִיר וְאֶת שְׂמֹאלוֹ עַל רֹאשׁ מְנַשֶּׁה שִׂכֵּל אֶת יָדָיו
NIV: "But Israel reached out his right hand and put it on Ephraim’s head, though he was the younger, and crossing his arms"
with שִׂכֵּל being שִקֵל or סִקֵל, namely, put one on top of the other.

פל(fal') = fall (cognate with the English word) but also the word 'PLUM' or Plummet and 'Apple' , so the words refers to fruit that hangs down.

One must be aware of the interchanging with P and Q/H/K, more common between Latin & Greek and a byproduct of the Phoenician script all these languages use, thus קל=תל=כל=פל

The Greek word for 'Hang Down' is ἐκρέμω, a compound of ἐκ & ἀείρω and together this forms תלה and this is the root
word of כרם 'Vines' that hang, also Vineyard and thus the origin of the phrase 'Hanging Gardens.

The root צמק, 'thicken, dry, shrivel', of which the צֵמוּק, 'raisin', of 1Sam 30:12
וַיִּתְּנוּ לוֹ פֶלַח דְּבֵלָה וּשְׁנֵי צִמֻּקִים וַיֹּאכַל וַתָּשָׁב רוּחוֹ אֵלָיו
KJV: "And they gave him a piece of a cake of figs, and two clusters of raisins: and when he had eaten, his spirit came again to him"
is mutated in spoken Hebrew into צמג to further spawn the newly needed everyday word צמיג = צמ-היא-ג, 'rubber wheel tire'.

Whatever is pegged up dangles down; whatever is high is also deep.
In Hebrew נפל (related to נבל) is truly, 'fall', but actually it merely states the fact that a body is lying upon the ground, not how it came to be there. Indeed להתנפל is to fall upon, to mount upon, as in Gen. 43:18
לְהִתְגֹּלֵל עָלֵינוּ וּלְהִתְנַפֵּל עָלֵינוּ
NIV: "He wants to attack us and overpower us"
KJV: "that he may seek occasion against us, and fall upon us"
Consider also this: נֶפֶל is a failed birth, a dropped fetus, but נָפִיל is a giant as in Nu. 13:33
וְשָׁם רָאִינוּ אֶת הַנְּפִילִים בְּנֵי עֲנָק מִן הַנְּפִלִים וַנְּהִי בְעֵינֵינוּ כַּחֲגָבִים
KJV: " And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers"

The נ in נפל is a prefix letter, the true three letter root should instead by פלל, that aligns with βάλλω, βολέω, σφάλλω.

Jeremiah 24:1 - Two baskets of Figs
שני דודאי תאנים = δύο καλάθους σύκων
סל (Cal) + ציץ (tsēts ) = καλάθους 'basket narrow at the base'

הדודאים - μανδραγόραι
שרש אכרים - ῥίζα ἀγροί 'Wild Root'

מאנ‬דרש < אנ‬דרש < דרש < שרש > μανδραγόραι > Mandrake

Greek words with apparent unknown etymologies can be explained using the Hebrew Language and also vice versa.

I am not sure what Greek "etymology" is made of. Hebrew is entirely self contained with an only internal etymology, for example understanding נבל from נפל.
Comparing Hebrew and Arabic roots is, methinks, of only limited interest since the ancestral provenance and genetic relationship between the two sister languages is uncertain.
I am also deeply suspicious of "Proto Semitic", and never refer to "Akkadian", "Assyrian", "Ugaritic", and the like, since I deeply doubt the purported readings of these extinct tongues.
The etymology of Hebrew is systematically encompassed all within itself.

That notion is theological that the Hebrew language was created to write the Bible, but in reality, Hebrew is older then all the scriptures in the Bible and was primarily used by the Phoenician Merchants, so Hebrew is better understood from a Merchant perspective, the Persian Empire adopted Phoenician as the Official language of commerce which became Imperial Aramaic, that evolved into the Square Hebrew script today, hence why it differs to the original script.

The word σταφυλή is a compound of שדי פל

Songs 7:7 - Thy breasts are like a clusters of grapes.

In Hebrew, שדי , דדי are words for breasts or teats but also Strawberries and Mulberries
also the Arabic, توت (Tut) and also στῆθος, τιτθός and μαστός, various Greek words for breasts.

The word פל is literally the word 'Fall' , see σφάλλω ''Fall Down' or ἄμπελος 'Vines' and
also Plum and Apple, fruit that dangle 'down' on a tree, another is Uvulas , the organ that
'hangs' in the back of the mouth.

The Greek word for 'hanging' is κρεμῶ which is כרם, the Hebrew word for Vines.

κρεμαστήρ (כרם עשתר) 'stalk by which a grape-cluster hangs'
χάραξ (כרם) Vine prop, pole'
