In Latin, the aorist merged with the perfect and through metathesis the augment "ו" moved
too the middle of the word, v and ו are the same letter.

Perfect
ama-v-i
ama-v-isti
ama-v-it
ama-v-imus
ama-v-istis
ama-v-erunt

Pluperfect
ama-v-e-ram (לי)
ama-v-e-ras (לך)

The future augment in the middle of the word too, Greek at the back, in Hebrew at the front, this is a byproduct of the direction the script
was written.

ama-b-it
ama-b-imus
ama-b-itis
ama-b-unt
