ושיזב ἐσώσατο ( Dan 3:28) - verb 3rd sg aor ind mid

σῴζω
V. (usually middle) I keep in mind, remember

412 BCE, Euripides, Helen 266:
Ἕλληνες ἐπελάθοντο, τὰς δὲ μὴ κακὰς ἔσῳζον ὥσπερ τὰς κακὰς σῴζουσί μου.
The Hellenes would have forgotten the evil fate that I now have, and would remember what part of my life is not evil, as they now remember what is.

When σῴζω is prefixed with ἄπο it is משה and מנשה because ἄπο is מן, thus the verb in Exodus 2:10
that is משיתה is ἄπο-ἐσωσάμην hence ἀπο־σῴζω is מ־שה

σώζω (Verb)
σωτήρ (Noun)
σῶς (Adjective)

Those suffixes are technically prosthetic and the word is σώ thus an adjective
form must appear in Hebrew.

שלוה - σῶαι (1 Chronicles 4:40)
שלוי - σώοις (Psalm 73:12)

more verbs
ושקטת - ἡσυχάζει. σώζει (Zechariah 1:11)
וישתק - ἡσυχάσει, σώσει (Jonah 1:11)

ישע ( as is יזע) is a variant of יצא, 'extricate, free', as in Ex. 14:30
וַיּוֹשַׁע יהוה בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא אֶת יִשְׂרָאֵל מִיַּד מִצְרָיִם
KJV: "Thus the Lord saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians"
נצל is a variant of נזל, נטל, נשל and also of דלה, צלה, שלה 'lift, raise, pull up', as in Ps. 69:15(14)
הַצִּילֵנִי מִטִּיט וְאַל אֶטְבָּעָה אִנָּצְלָה מִשֹּׂנְאַי וּמִמַּעֲמַקֵּי מָיִם
KJV: "Deliver me out of the mire, and let me not sink: let me be delivered from them that hate me, and out of the deep waters."

צא belongs to a different conjugation, with בא "go" cf. ἔξω, ἐξάγω, ἐξέβα
therefore not a variant of ישע.

זל - ἐκρέω "flow out"
דלה - ἀντλέω "drawing up or emptying, generally, to draw water"
צלה - φρύγω "roast" . cf. χαλκῶ "copper" , σκιάζω "darken"

צלה is a variant of תלה, 'hang, suspend'. Thus, לצלות בשר is practically לתלות בשר, to roast meat by holding it directly over a fire. See Ex. 12:8
וְאָכְלוּ אֶת הַבָּשָׂר בַּלַּיְלָה הַזֶּה צְלִי אֵשׁ
NIV: "That same night they are to eat the meat roasted over the fire"

By the principle that the negative is merely a positive in reverse we have the Hebrew צלל, 'sink, dive', as in Ex. 15:10
נָשַׁפְתָּ בְרוּחֲךָ כִּסָּמוֹ יָם צָלְלוּ כַּעוֹפֶרֶת בְּמַיִם אַדִּירִים
KJV: "Thou didst blow with thy wind, the sea covered them: they sank as lead in the mighty waters"
On the positive side of צלל stand
זלל, טלל, ילל, סלל, תלל

תלה is a compound of ἐκ & ἀρῶ (על) that also forms κρεμῶ & כרם.

It is interesting that κρεμ- means "hang" but in Latin, Cremo means "cremate" but of a different root, however עלת in Genesis 8:20 means "burnt offering" compare with ὁλοκαυτέω "burnt offering" a compound of על & כוה, the word for cremate and hang are easily confused between Latin and Greek.
