"Thus says the Lord לִמְשִׁיחֹו לְכֹורֶשׁ" (Isa 45:1)

("To his anointed, to Cyrus")

Does anyone know any comparable examples where the same person is referred to twice in a row, both using back-to-back prepositional lamed?

I did a quick syntactic search in the Andersen-Forbes Phrase Marker Analysis of the Hebrew Bible in Logos, and it gave me the following "hits". I haven't checked them all, but I scanned most, and in general they seem to fit with your example. (Some might be rather different - like those from Numbers, Joshua and Judges - but I've included all the hits anyway.)
  • Gen 23:7; 24:4, 14; 32:5; 32:19; 40:1; 43:28; 47:29
  • Num 13:11
  • Josh 13:24, 31; 19:1, 17
  • Judg 5:23
  • 1 Sam 24:7; 25:8; 28:17; 30:26
  • 2 Sam 6:19; 7:8, 10; 18:5, 29, 32
  • 1 Kgs 8:38
  • Isa 22:20; 45:1
  • Ezek 28:25; 37:25
  • Ruth 4:3
  • Ezra 7:25
  • 1 Chr 15:11; 17:7; 24:21
  • 2 Chr 2:9; 6:17; 31:4; 35:7
