The Hebrew month of אלוּל ELUL

Some think it is the month of full growth, namely, על-הוּא-על, related to the Hebrew הוּא-על-על = עוֹלל OLAL. I would not discount the possibility that it is the Babylonian theophoric אל-הוּא-אל EL-HU-EL.
