We read there:
וּבַחֹדֶשׁ הַשְּׁבִיעִי בְּאֶחָד לַחֹדֶשׁ מִקְרָא קֹדֶשׁ יִהְיֶה לָכֶם כָּל מְלֶאכֶת עֲבֹדָה לֹא תַעֲשׂוּ יוֹם תְּרוּעָה יִהְיֶה לָכֶם
KJV: "And in the seventh month, on the first day of the month, ye shall have an holy convocation; ye shall do no servile work: it is a day of blowing the trumpets unto you."
The purpose of this blowing: to mark the midpoint of the year and to synchronize the calendar.

The single-word תרועה translates "Blowing the Trumpet".

The Septuagint reads תרועה as κραυγῆς in Zephaniah 1:16 "trumpet and alarm "
שופר ו תרועה : σάλπιγγος καὶ κραυγῆς

σῦριγξ is שרק / משרוק " Daniel 3:5"

It would be interesting to go through all the musical instruments and terms.

The Lyre was invented by Hermes according too Greeks, from the shell of a tortoise called χελῶναι in Greek and גלים in Hebrew
and the arms were made from the wood of the Palm tree.

It is interesting, (because of limit knowledge I can not personally verify it) that the Septuagint reads תרועה as κραυγῆς, namely 'a hoot, a croak', not as a name of any blowing instrument.

KJV translates Zephaniah 1:16 as "A day of the trumpet and alarm against the fenced cities, and against the high towers.", while NIV translates it, more mundanely, as "a day of trumpet and battle cry against the fortified cities and against the corner towers."

Corresponding to שופר $OPAR, spoken Hebrew has צוֹפר COPAR, 'siren, horn', and then the horn blowing sound צפירה CPIYRAH (a common source of road rage and bloody noses); Nothing to do, methinks, with ציפוֹר CIYPOR, 'bird'.
