I've run across another online resource I was unaware of:
The Friedberg Jewish Manuscript Society is a repository of many manuscripts of Judaism, including the Cairo Geniza. The Fridberg collection includes links to the many libraries that house the scattered collection of more than 300,000 documents and fragments. The website includes transcriptions and tools for piecing together fragments.
Registration is required to access the collection, and they want name, address, phone, etc. But registration is free and access is unlimited.
