Alexander Andrason, in his 2011 Hebrew Studies article, mentions "C. H. J. Van der Merwe and J. Naudé, Biblical Hebrew Reference Grammar (extended and revised edition; forthcoming 2012)."
Does anyone have word on the publication of this revision? The first edition is from 1999. Andrason said his take on the verbal system is described there.
