One easy and cheap approach is to download the PDF files from the Unicode/XML Westminster Leningrad Codex at

<http://www.tanach.us>.

Click on any book name, look at the "View the complete book of..." table in the row labelled "PDF" and click on the column with the desired content, "Accents", "Vowels", "Consonants", or "Morphology".

I find I prefer to read on my computer, and there are a few places on the web where one can download the Hebrew Bible. My favorite at this time is http://www.crosswire.org/ which includes not only the Bible in the original languages, but also many translations into many languages. The site also includes software on Mac, Windows™ and Linux to read the downloaded Bibles. Software and Bibles are provided free as a ministry.
