In 1 Samuel 9:11 היש is connected to בזה, not to הראה.
After you raised the question, I decided that I should look up all the examples of היש in Tanakh. An electronic search turned up only 19 examples, some were followed by a name but not one of which was followed by a noun with a definite article prefix.
