Reign of Hezekiah

With so many dates put forward I would be interested to hear what the popular opinion is on this forum for the dates of the reign and death of Hezekiah, and also if Manasseh was Co-Regent with him for the final year? Some say from 697 to 686 some say for the last two years. It's all so sketchy. Thankyou Gentlemen.
