Fair point, the judgment was deserved.
Indeed, that is better. Judah was certainly not singled out for cruel treatment by Bullies, as is intimated by the word 'Victimized'. However, with Judgement comes mercy, and remember that the greater judgements fell always upon the Gentile nations while Israel is always repeatedly saved.
