The Hebrew Dictionary in the back of Strong's Concordance says that או 'ow can mean "if perchance."
Is it ever used in that sense in scripture?
In modern Hebrew, I think it means "or," in what context can it mean "if"?

I believe that volume is only available on paper, and I don't have access to it.
If you do look it up, please let me know what it says.
