In Neh. 3:15, I understand that היורדות is a Qal active participle, and that it modifies הַֽמַּעֲל֔וֹת.
I also understand that Hebrew participles have the following properties:
Gender: (masculine or feminine)
Number: (singular or plural)
Definiteness: (article or no article)
Voice: (active or passive)
And I think הַֽמַּעֲל֔וֹת is feminine?
So would היורדות be masculine or feminine, singular or plural, active or passive?
Neh. 3:15

Qal active participle, feminine plural absolute, from the root ירדMGWB wrote:So would היורדות be masculine or feminine, singular or plural, active or passive?
