Does Genesis 3:24 say that there was some special form of God's presence (ישׁכן) above the Cherubim at the entrance to the garden?
ויגרשׁ את האדם וישׁכן מקדם לגן עדן את הכרבים ואת להט החרב המתהפכת לשׁמר את דרך עץ החיים
God's presence at the entrance to the garden of Eden?

Re: God's presence at the entrance to the garden of Eden?
It would be the presence of the Cherubim and flaming sword.

The term וישׁכן is a verb, not a noun. It means “to dwell”. “And he (God) drove the man out and he (man) dwelt to the east of the garden…”
