Greetings from Siberia

Post by Sibirjak »

Hello,
my name is Gerhard Rehwald.
I am from Germany, but now already for 25 years living and working in Western Siberia, Russia.
As a teacher at the Old Testament faculty I am dealing with Hebrew on a constant base; and trying hard not to loose fluency.

Becoming colder, New Years day was about minus 32 Celsius. Little snow though.

Oh my. I feel spoiled in Tel Aviv. Our daytime temperatures for the last week had highs in the low 20's C. Today's high was 21° and tomorrow is supposed to be the same tomorrow. Definitely spoiled, I know. My birthday will be on Monday, and I'm hoping for some warm weather as I drink a bit of champagne. :)
