Re: Forum Division and Direction
Well, I’m hoping for your feedback on the issue. Is there a reason that you were thinking specifically of a year as a limitation? I can think of several books from the last few years that are definitely worthy of review and discussion. What sort of rules do you think should be implemented for that subforum?

Re: Forum Division and Direction
I thought it would be better to discuss more recent books so this discussion forum might more relevant to what is going on today. I know that authors (Bible scholars) and publishers might use this forum to promote their work (through other people), so this forum might become more popular and well-known to people. I thought old books might not make this forum as important to people with books to promote. I don't see it as just a way for readers to discuss books, because I am sure that other people will try to use the forum to promote books and hopefully they will join and more people will hear about the forum. I thought book reviews might draw more people, although not all of them would be here with pure motives, but in the end it would help the forum become more popular. I might be wrong. I am just guessing. I have nothing against older books.

Jason,
You should ask new people how they found out about B-Hebrew. It might help to know. Maybe that could affect how you find new people to join.

Good idea, Kenneth!
How did you hear about B-Hebrew and what brought you here?

Jason,
I think I googled the words "hebrew bible discussion forum" many years ago, and I found this one and maybe one more. I was looking for a place that discusses Biblical Hebrew and the Hebrew Bible.
