היא - third-person pronoun : οὗ
הוּא - singular determiner
Such a form does exist in Doric, ἑῶς, ἑός, εἱῷ,
-Etruscan-
mi-si : לי
an-si : לו
Most of the pronouns in Etruscan are unknown but i reconstructed those two.
Genesis 14:13 ויבא ↔ ἔβη, βῆ, εβαθη, εβάνθη, ἔβησε(ν)
The alternative translation of ויבא is ἦλθε(ν) and this is הלך & דרך "walk, tread" compare with ἔρχομαι & τρέχω, τρόχῳ
and the Doric form of ἦλθε is ἦνθε λ > ν, compare ἔβην, ἔβαν, ἦνθον, ἦλθον with vēnī , ואבא and ואהלך
When הלך is formed into a noun, מהלך it is the word Mārs because מהלך means mode of walking, in military sense, march, πορεία in Greek.
I made some errors in previous posts, corrections.
ἐξέλεξε(ν) ↔ ēligēs ↔ ותלקט
ἐκλέγετε ↔ ēligite ↔ לקטו
Genesis 31:46 - "picked out stones"
לקטו אבנים ↔ ἐξέλεξε λίθους ↔ eliges lapides

Re: Middle voice
The Septuagint commonly uses the verb family of γίγνομαι
and can also mean "birth" (come into being).
ἐγενήθη : ויולד : genitus est (Gen 4:18) (verb 3rd sg aor ind pass)
* Latin reads genuit (perf ind act) rather then "genitus est"
γενήθη genitus est יולד
ἐγενήθη ↔ ἐγελήθη ↔ ἐγελήδη ↔ ἐίελήδη ↔ ἐίελδ ↔ ויולד
בן/בנת "γένος, γόνος"
The Lexicon roots בן from the verb בנה.
Gen 2:22
ויבן = ἐγένετο = ἔδειμε = genuit
ἐ-γένε-το ↔ ἐ-το-γένε ↔ ἐ-τ-γν ↔ ἐ-ί-γν ↔ ἐίγν/ויבן
ἐ-γένε-το ↔ γένε-ἐ-το ↔ γέν-ἐ-τ ↔ γένἐίτ/genuit

It is also suspect that להם־ & לני־ are not the original forms, they appear to have gone through metathesis and dialects.

Re: Middle voice
Seems to me that both בן and בת = בא-את, 'son, daughter', are from בא, עב, 'come, be'. Similarly, both איש, 'man', and עֵז, (שֶה, 'goat', are from 'is'.
