Isaiah 45:1

Postby Saboi » Thu Dec 06, 2018 7:27 pm

This is a very complex and controversial verse.

ה חזקת י :ἧ ἴσχυσα μοι 'to be strong'
ל רד : τῷ κρατῆσαι 'conquer, prevail, get the upper hand'
Kings'
אפתח : αἴ πτύσσω, ἀμφί-πτύσσω 'unfold, unfold on both sides
ל פתח : τῷ πτύξαι 'fold, double up

Perhaps this is describing a structure with double-doors else its being abstract.

שַׁעַר is apparently just the opening in the wall. דֶּלֶת is apparently a תֶּלֶת the hanging תָּלוּי flap over the tent opening. Hence the triangle shaped Greek letter Δ delta.

δικλίς is a compound of δύο and κλείς that are homologs of שני and על

The Last word of the verse, סגר is a compound formed from על
and the common readings are ἀποκλείω, συνέκλεισαν and ἐγκλείω.

ἐγ- is an alternative form of εν-

χριστῷ roots from חרש 'to work with the hands' and thus משיח roots from μάσσω (Att. μάττω) 'knead, work with the hands'
that also roots Massage.

μάσσω 'Knead, work with hands''
- משח 'wipe'
- משארת 'kneading trough'
- μάζας, μᾶζα 'barley cakes

Thus the word is an extension of יד, the homolog of γυῖον, ὁδός, ποδός and Ἀγυιεύς.

(Genesis 34:21)
- εὐρυάγυια 'with wide streets'
- εὐρυόδεια 'with broad ways

Dexterous derives from צדק חרש : δίκῃ χειράς (Right Hand) shorted too δεξιᾶς/צדק יד and Aristeros from ירע חרש (Wrong Hand), the Ancient Latin, Hebrew and Greek cultures were very superstitious in regards to the left hand.

-צדק/δίκ- (confirmed homolog)
Jeremiah 12:1 -
Proverb 12:10 -
Ecc 7:16 -
Proverbs 11:8 -
Psalms 37:16 -
Psalms 7:11 -
Exodus 23:8 -
Gen 18:24 -
Genesis 6:9 -
Proverbs 21:3 -
Gen 15:6 -
Lev 19:15 -
Job 13:18 -
Job 9:15 - צדקתי / εἰσακούσεταί
Gen 38:26 -
