Readers of this forum may be interested in the following proposals (in various states) I have recently made either to the UTC (Unicode Technical Committee) directly, or to the UTC's Script Encoding Working Group (SEWG):
  1. Regarding the name “Heavy Sheva” (L2/25-160) (UTC)
  2. Adding dagesh xazaq to Hebrew (L2/25-175) (provisionally assigned)
  3. Re-documenting ZARQA and ZINOR
  4. Errors in L2-14-056 about QAMATS QATAN (UTC)
  5. Adding "Paseq not Legarmeh" to Hebrew
