The lexicon disregards the two Homonyms of חלב.
Genesis 18:8 - חלב "Milk"
Leviticus 3:16 - חלב "Fat"
These words do not derive from each other, but the Lexicon tries its best to give every word a root regardless of semantics.
γλάγος - milk
ἄλειφα - unguent, anointing-oil, oil, fat, used in funeral sacrifices
abjad
חלב/γλάγος, Lac, Milk
חלב/ἄλειφα, λίπος, lipo-
PIE makes a connection between lipos "fat" and the word "Liver" (heaviest organ in the body) thus concludes that חלב "fat" and כבד "liver" are cognates, the Greek as two spelling, ἥπατος and ἧπαρ, this distinction also made in Biblical Hebrew. כבוד/ἥπατος & כביר/ἧπαρ and the Liver is also used as a metaphor, heaviness, glory, passion renown'. כבד, הדר/κῦδος. this cognates "Happy".
Psalm 81:16 & Psalm 147:14 reads חלב חטה and as confused translators, but those two words form the Greek compound, ἄλφιτον (Alphiton) "barley-groats, metaph. one's daily bread". חטה/σῖτον.
