when I read hebrew text, I noticed that there are lots of different symbols such as " [ " or " ," or "( " or " : ".

Is there anybody who know what are these symbols.

please let me know what are these and who added these symbols to original text.

and meaning of each symbols.

Daniel, Could you paste in what you are referring to? Of if it's in printed material give the verse reference and tell what you see there?

Now that I read your posting on Dan 8:11:
() encloses the kethib or written text. This is the way it is written in the Masoretic text.
[] encloses the qere or read text. This is a note from the Masoretic scribes in which they say that they think that the kethib text is in error and the qere text should be read instead.
: marks the end of a verse
You'd have to show me a verse with a comma
